Hi Bert

I've done a major cleanup in the PowerLDAP class and added two new
features:

New:
- - {get,set}Option() for changing ldap behaviour
- - Support for encrypted connections (TLS). Thanks to Matt Dainty for
providing the code

Both changes are backward compatible (source code level).
