Hi Bert

If you are working on 2.9.10, perhaps you can include this patch as
well. It's an improvement to differenciate between STL and all other
exceptions and rather small (and tested *g*).

BTW:
Are you working towards 3.0? If yes, when is the date for feature
freeze?
