Hi Bert

zone2ldap segfaults in callback_tree() in while( --j && j !=
subparts.end() ). The diff attached fixes this and adds the ablility
to omit the dnsttl attribute. If used with default-ttl in pdns.conf,
this results in a 7% better performance of the ldap backend.
