Simple, but maybe too simple.
The patch has a negative side effect: If pdns is in daemon mode, it 
doesn't log anything. Fixed by implementing a second urgency level 
also set by the loglevel parameter.

Outstanding patches:
- - ldapbackend.diff
- - zone2ldap.diff
- - loglevel2.diff
