[Pdns-announce] update on kde-look.org / worldnic

[ only interesting for users of the pdns recursor ]

I've uploaded a fixed version of pdns to
http://ds9a.nl/pdns/pdns-2.9.18-svn.tar.gz - the previous fix was not quite
right, but did survive serving my server for a night.

If you have resolving problems with, for example, www.kde-look.org, you
might try this version.
