[dnsdist] Dnsdist Backend Timeouts & Drops

Hi,

I expect dnsdist-2.0.0-alpha2 (or maybe beta1?) to be published within a few
weeks.

Normally I also would mention repo.powerdns.com, it contains packages
built from the master branch in additon to the supported releases, but
we seem to have some issues there lately so the repo is incomplete.
Sorry about that, work is underfaw to fix that.
