[dnsdist] 1.9.2 crashing in tcpClient

Hi Holger,

Thanks for reaching out. We have had another report already and are 
looking into it. We have already confirmed that reverting a recent 
change fixes it [1], and we will release 1.9.3 in a couple hours.
