[dnsdist] SpoofCNAMEAction in front of resolvers

Hello.

I'm attempting to use the SpoofCNAMEAction in front of a group of
resolvers for handing back a different result to clients.  The local
system recursors do not seem to know what to do just getting back the
CNAME (as it seems to basically be handing back an authoritative CNAME
response and not sending the request on to the resolvers).

Is there some way that this can be setup so the client knows to follow
the CNAME chain?
