[dnsdist] PROXY support for incoming requests

We are planning on adding support for the proxy protocol between dnsdist
and the backends (see [1]) first, but we are also likely to add support
for incoming queries as well at some point.

Would you mind telling us a bit about the kind of setup you are
considering? It might make re-evaluate which feature will come first.
