[dnsdist] RemoteLogAction; log client-subnet via protobuf

dnsdist doesn't actually parse any existing EDNS Client Subnet option at
the moment, it only overwrites it when asked to do so, so it isn't
possible to export it over protobuf at the moment, but that sounds like
a nice option to have.

Please open a feature request on our repository [1] so we don't forget!
