[dnsdist] Erratic CPU Usage

Hi Jahanzeb,
May be related. We see strange cpu patterns as well after some runtime. On every PowerDNS software product by the way. But it's only the relation between user and system cpu which oscillates, the sum cpu usage does not change. I don't know the reason why this happens but it doesn't harm as far as I know. The system and user cpu in the linked graphs below are "stacked".
