[dnsdist] dnsdist package from master repo (2019-05-09)

Hi,

Remi asked us to test a fix for the DoH segfault crashes by updating via
the master repo

but we are having issues getting dnsdist installed from
that repo on Debian Buster

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
dnsdist : Depends: libprotobuf17 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libre2-5 (>= 20131024+dfsg) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libsnmp30 (>= 5.7.3+dfsg) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libstdc++6 (>= 6) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Is anyone else using today's master builds?

The dnsdist version in the buster master repo looks a bit odd
"0.0.16738+0.g867916f6a1-1pdns.buster" and is lower than the one in
debian (1.3.3-3) which doesn't make it an install candidate unless we
change the pinning.
