[dnsdist] web rule counters

Hi all!

I have dnsdist 1.1.0 on production environment with various rules and I've just realized that one of our allow rules has changed from plus to minus.

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx       allow         -2147310751
is the only one allow rule I have.

in fact, the query counter is going to zero! Really strange
But keep calm, this only happens on the web page, not in client console.

there is any limit to these counters?
