[dnsdist] Separate EDNS option for "client IP"

Hi everyone,

Isn’t there an IETF proposal or something like it to add a “client IP” option (separate from ECS)? I’m asking here because dnsdist is the only non-proprietary system I’m familiar with where it’s useful.

For some of my applications I’m interested in both the “real” client IP and the ECS option, for example on https://www.mapper.ntppool.org/
