Hmm, so I was wrong when I was considering the option "retries" option to be an 
option for healthcheck retries...

Under normal conditions we should not see the servers being down at all (unless 
there is something really wrong with them) so logging the healthcheck retries could 
be a good warning that the resposivnes of the resolver is getting worse.

I have noticed that even if everything is fine and there is no DDoS running my 
resolvers (unbound) are dropping the healthcheck query. It occures with a rate of 
1e-07 (once per day or less)
