[dnsdist] where to install it

Hi Alejandro,

It can be installed on auth, on recursor or even a separate machine if you
want. dnsdist is not integrated with PowerDNS, so it does not need to be on
the same machine. It is dnsdist, not 'pdnsdist' ;-)
