[dnsdist] Incorrect link to Buildbot on dnsdist.org

Hello!

Link to Buildbot on dnsdist.org is broken. Currently it is "
http://buildmaster1.test.powerdns.plexis.eu/#/builders", but must be
https://builder.powerdns.com/#/builders

Please fix it. And thank you for dnsdist :)
