Hello together,

I’m not sure, if this is a real problem or my thinking is wrong in this case, so I will try to describe as best as possible ;)

We’re currently using PDNS Auth-Servers in version 4.7.3 with MySQL-Backend. In our management-interface (PowerDNS-Admin), we’re using the comment-feature and in the past I noticed, that the order of this comments in a zone is sometimes wrong. I found out,
that this only appears, when multiple records for the same name exists (for example, multiple TXT-Records for @). First, I thought, that this should be a PowerDNS-Admin related problem, but today, I looked into our PDNS-Database and found out, that there is
only a reference to the domain-id and not to the record-id. Because of this fact, the comments are ordered „randomly“ in our management-interface and can’t be clearly assigned to the correct record.

Can anybody confirm this behaviour or find my fault?
