<p>In other words: there's no need for Google's public DNS (8.8.8.8)
to be involved.</p>
<p>pdns-recursor, by itself, can do exactly what Google's 8.8.8.8
service does - which is to find authoritative servers for the
queries you send, and cache the answers.<br>
