This question may have been answered in the past. I just got notice
that there is a change coming on 12-1-2015 that the ip address for
the H-root server will change. The new addresses are already
operational. How does the pdns recursor handle such changes? Does
it periodically check the root zones for changes? I know that with
bind and windows dns (which is based on bind) I had to download the
new authoritative zones.<br>
