<br><br>First, try pdnssec check-zone zonename, this should report any errors in data
<br>that could prevent your axfr.
<br><br>Then, try at localhost. Make sure it works there. If it doesn't, check logs.
<br>If this works, then the problem is something else. Probably firewall or MTU.
