earlier, log rotate and updated don’t require any DNS lookups at all, and I don’t
run sysstat either. May be it is worthwhile getting up at 4 am in the morning

tasks. Are you running any other utilities (like sysstat) that might give

happening at 4 am in the morning with the server.<br>

This is a graph for it and as one can see there's a hell of activity and a<br>
significant increase in delays. I have only two tasks scheduled to run at

am in the morning and they are just log rotation and updated processes. They<br>
