sure your server has a host name. And make sure it is set up correctly. If your
DNS name is mail.gateshosting.com, make sure your server name is "mail", and
your suffix is "gateshosting.com" for a full name of "mail.gateshosting.com".
Also just make sure you HAVE a dns record for that ip, and a rDns record for
