Hi Bert,

I thought providing a diff file against the latest SVN trunk would be easier for
you to work with. Here is what's included:

 - 'DNSPacket *p' arguments (defaults to 0) to the DNSBackend::getSOA() function
   (so that backends can receive more information from _internal_ queries.)

 - a new DNSPacket::getLocal() function
  (provides the locally bound address of the query to the backends.)

 - PipeBackend::lookup() now sends the local-ip to the CoProcesses.
   (using DNSPacket::getLocal)

 - Added a "pipebackend-abi-version" config to choose which ABI version to use
